Tasks description 

Volunteers do not substitute any employment.Their actions are voluntaries.Besides,"Edualter" has professionals who will help and guide them.Volunteers will do the following things: participation in the reunions of the project coodination team(biweekly), where the work ethic is discussed and the activities and campaigns are planned -collaboration in the job of compilation of didactic materials in centres of documentation, specialised libraries and associations(15%) -elaboration of web pages with the compliled didactic materials in order to spread them via internet(30%): The Association will give the volunteers an introductory course for making web pages. -collaboration in hte jobs of organization of campaigns, visits to associations and to know what information and materials they have about the subject of the campaign, and coodination of the campaigns with the Edualter team(15%) -elaboration of web pages wiuth information and documentation of the campaigns that are projected in Internet during the year(30%) An average of 4 hours daily is proposed, from monday to friday.This schedule could be adapted following the necessities of the volunteer:in the morning or in the afternoon, and sometimes flexibility will be needed in accordanmce with the activities that must be completed:for example, participation in the reunions of coodination of the project or visits to associations are jobs that will adjust to the schedules of the group reunions or to the visiting hour that is given to us The volunteer will follow the same vacation calendar as the other people of the organization, following the local parties that coincide in the period that is collaborated, wchich could have ,during the four daily haours a proportional rest time or coffe break (20-30min) Since the jobs herein will be subject to variation following the time, it´s difficult to give an example of a typical day or week , however , we could make an approximation of a months activity Planning with the coodiantion of the project , of a series of visits to documentation centres , specialised librariues and associations that work in the areas of education for peace, development and intercultural activity Execution of the visits to the documentation centres, libraries and associations to compile the available didactic materials Elaboration of the web pages with the compiled materials and introduction to these ideas in the resources network of Edualter Planning with the coordiantion team of the organization ,of the campaigns that will be completed throughout the year Compilation of information and materials about campaignsissues ,via Internet(navigating to know waht resources are available in different associations)as well as arranged visits with the association that work in the spcified theme of each campign page design that will serve to dynamic campaigns via internet These jobs will always be fulfilled with the support and counsel of the project coodinator, and will be able to redefine themselves in accordance with the interests of the volunteer THE ASSOCIATION WILL GIVE THE VOLUNTEER AN INTRODUCTORY COURSE ABOUT MAKING WEB PAGES.
