The mobile Streetsport-Project supports sports clubs in the expansion of their offers for children and youth and in running their sporting events. With its different "trend sports" offers the project is directed to the movement interests of the children especially young people in and out of the sport organisation. The "integration through sport" project is a comprehensive programme for the integration of Russian immigrants which has been in operation for twelve years. The primary aim is to ease the integration of immigrants from Russia through sport and to promote their living together with local people and to help break down existing barriers. With the help of sports clubs social and linguistic integration is promoted through sport and play.
"Street football" - the active way for young people to attractively arrange their lives, create new space for action and movement and to take on responsibility in this long term national model project. The participation of girls and the networking of partners locally is important.

Duties:
Organisation and preparation of tournaments and events
Participation in the report system (press, documentation)
Co-operation with volunteers and locally
Running events with young people (sport and play afternoons, tournaments)
Preparation and support of international youth exchange with other projects in the EU
Getting to know the project structures
Develpment of ideas as project elements or structures which can also be used for the work in their own country.
The volunteer does not take on any regular duties of the staff, but gets to know the project in its entirety and independently organise their own (part) projects. In the course of the project the volunteer should become able to develop such a project, or a similar one in their own country.
The volunteer accompanies a mobile team. S/he prepares all activities with this team. A large part of the activities take place outdoors, in parks, town centres, etc. The volunteer helps in the setting up, organisation and as a member of the team. In this way the volunteers also have a lot of contact to the young people locally. 70% of the time the volunteer is moviong around with his team. Other preparatory work, team-meetings (preparation, evaluation, new ideas) take place in the office (25%).
