Project management, sponsor seeking, working in the bar, hanging posters - all kind of work needed to organize a concrete project - concert, film festival, ...

The biggest problem: local people are not very open to friendship and ususally are not very interested in forighners at all. Because of the mountains, they have a very big personal distance. In the ned of the project I´ve getting used to it, but I could never live here. project is great, but I wish I could be in Vienna.
